This policy explains what information Abbey Cedar Products Ltd. collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Quote and contact requests: your name, phone, email, address or city and project details. We use these only to reply to you and prepare your quote.
• Site statistics: pages viewed, the website or search engine that sent you, device type and an approximate city or region worked out from your IP address. We do not store your IP address, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we cannot identify you from these statistics.

Cookies

The public website does not set cookies. Our staff sign-in area uses one essential cookie to keep staff signed in.

Maps

Pages that show our office location include a map from Google Maps (or OpenStreetMap, if we switch to it). The map is loaded from that provider, so your browser connects to their servers and they may see your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we are working with you and for our business records. Site statistics are deleted after about 13 months.

Who sees it

Only Abbey Cedar Products staff. We do not sell or share your information. Email notifications are sent through our own email account.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at the email or phone number below.
