Abbey Cedar Products started in Abbotsford in November 2012. We build cedar fence panels in-house at our location on Peardonville Road, sell them to homeowners and contractors, and install complete fences across the Fraser Valley.
Because we make the panels ourselves, we control how they are built: 1x6 cedar pickets, a 2x4 cedar sandwich frame, a pressure-treated kickboard and stainless screws at every joint. It also means we can build a custom height or width when a yard needs it.

How much does a new fence cost?
It depends on the style, height, length, the number of gates, and how easy the site is to work on. Send us the length and style through the quote form, or book a free estimate, and we will give you a written price.
Do you remove the old fence?
Yes. Removing and disposing of your old fence is included in our installation quotes.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Our crew is WCB covered and we carry liability insurance.
Can I buy panels and build the fence myself?
Yes. We build our cedar panels in-house in Abbotsford and sell them for pickup, along with posts and other materials. Call ahead and we will confirm stock.
Can you build a custom size?
Yes. Because we build our own panels, we can change the height, width and top detail to suit your yard.
Do I need a permit for a fence?
Usually not for a standard back-yard fence, but every city sets its own height limits for front, side and back yards and corner lots. Check your city bylaw before you build. We are happy to talk it through at the estimate.
How long does installation take?
Most home fences take a day or two once materials are ready. Long runs, slopes and custom work take longer. We will give you a timeline with your quote.
